Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.

A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa.

Pinos Altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. Just a short walk from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, it is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax.

There is a reception lounge area which gives access to the type 1 and 2 apartments, and to the sunbathing area plus the annex where we find the type 3 apartments. The main features of each type of apartment are as follows:
? Type 1 apartments have a twin bedroom, but with capacity for 4 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. There are 8 type 1 apartments, all placed in the main building. These apartments are nº 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-12.
? Type 2 apartments have a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, but with capacity for 5 people, since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge are. There are 4 type 2 apartments, all placed in the main building.These are nº 2-3-10-11.
? Type 3 apartments have two twin bedrooms, but with capacity for 6 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. They are all placed in the annexe building. These are nº13-14-15-16.

All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and open plan kitchens with microwave and electric hob rings together with fridge/freezers. Fans are also provided (one per bedroom), and all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of them overlooking the pool).

The large communal swimming pool with a children pool section is set in a paved terrace with plenty of space. These lovely apartments are ideal for families with children.

There also are communal washing machines, public telephone and children games room where a ping-pong table is placed.

In a few minuts walking (200 m.) you are in the nigthlife, comercial area and restaurants of the central square of the town.

And in a few minutes drive you are in the beach of Cala San Vicente (4 km) , Puerto Pollença (7 km), Formentor or Alcudia area (12 km).

Villa La Punta II - Can Suavet is one old reformed house, in the heat of field in a gentle natural environment, with a precious garden with grass area, palms, rose trees, bushes and the rest of the property with fig trees, olive trees, azufaifas, orange tree, lemon trees, pome granate, medlar, plum trees, quinces, Kakis, carob trees, almond trees, grapevines, etc..

It is to 3.5 km of Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente, closely of the crossing between the road of the Port of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
