Nice semidetached house, located in Port de Pollença, development in Llenaire, just 80 metres away from the seaside. This beautifully reformed farmhouse is set in the Pollença hills in an area known locally as “Vall de Colonya”, and with beautiful views to the mountains. Reached along a very quiet, meandering country lane passing through orange, lemon and almond groves thus offering a very quiet enviroment, apart from sheepbells. Villa SON BRULLET

Traditional Villa in Pollensa, previously used for agriculture and as a cattle ranch. The house was reformed in the 95 and converted in a Tourist Vacacional House, according to directives of the Conselleria de Turisme of the Balearic Govern with space enough for 6 people. Villa Rotger

This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area.
A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located, through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, the lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and totally equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a separate fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary items needed in a self catering property such as a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, the kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda.
A corridor is giving us access to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprising of one double and two twins, all sharing an interior full bathroom and an exterior shower room. All the bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning and all are bright and airy.
Double doors from the lounge lead onto the large and shady covered terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool area, the crystal water swimming pool has roman steps and it is surrounded with plenty of different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes. It has lovely views to the lovely and close mountains.
Villa Rotger is a lovely house on the outskirts of Pollensa with a lovely and large pool terraces, a built in barbecue and adjacent to the village.
