Situated in the lovely resort of Cala San Vicente, Can Moragues is a property which is on one level and divided into 2 separate apartments which can be sold together or individually, with separate entrance to each and a traditional style of furnishing. Ideal for families or large groups, each apartment offers 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 persons.

The exterior offers beautiful mountain views and a pool which is split above water level by a panel to offer some privacy to guests from each apartment who are not travelling together. Only approx 900 mts away is Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. All 3 of these lovely bays offer cristal waters and a refreshing change during the warm summer months also only 7kms away from the lovely bay of Puerto pollensa and its beautiful beach.

Both villas have three double rooms each one, one with a double room, a complete bath room and a shower room, fully fitted kitchen, glass ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster ect... Living dining room with fire place, TV Sat and music player.

Other facilities: Sun beds arounf the pool area. Electric water heater, iron, safe box, towels and bed linen. Washing machine. Baby high chair & Baby cot on request .
