From its uncrowded countryside setting, CÂ’an Picarol enjoys wonderfully open views towards the mountains of the Formentor Peninsula and the Alcúdia promontory. What makes its location even more desirable is its proximity to the sea, for it is just 800 metres from here to the narrow sandy beach that runs almost the entire length of the Bay of Pollença.

The house itself is compact but very comfortable, offering ideal accommodation for couples and smaller families. An attractive corner fireplace and quality soft furnishings make the lounge particularly cosy and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a modern, stainless steel cooker and a traditional stone sink. Traditional Mallorcan fabrics make the two twin bedrooms especially pretty and naturally the villa also has a complete bathroom.

A vine-covered trellis shades the outside barbecue area on the terrace and well-tended flower beds add joyous splashes of colour to the attractive pool area. A tiny orchard of pear trees completes the garden area of this utterly charming little house.
