3 of the bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. As well on the same level there is a completely equipped kitchen, and an spacious lounge diner with a fireplace and French doors leading to the L-shaped covered terrace.

On the second floor there is a large window gallery which leads to 2 twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a plasma T.V.
The exteriors features a large porch with a dining area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, chill out area, a ping pong and a billiard table. Circular shape swimming pool with sundeck and surrounded by a well-tended gardens.
