Cuxach-2 is a rustic villa with four double bed rooms, one with one double bed and three with two beds each one (one in main floor). It has two bath rooms, one shower room outside. A large dining room with TV, TV-Satellite ,DVD and radio. Kitchen fully fitted, (microwawe, toaster, coffe machine, diswasher). Central heating, air conditioned in all the house, safe box and fire-extinguishers.

The villa has a big sunny terrace in the first floor with nice mountains views. Another roof-terrace at main floor with a big table.

Sunny private swimming pool (entrance by metal ladder) with mountains views. Barbecue zone with wood furnace and washing zone with washing machine and iron.

The price includes towels and sheets.

Baby cot and high chair avaliable.Pets allowed.

•25% payable by transfer within 7 days after booking (no refund).
•75% payable by cash on arrival.
