Ferme Rotger
This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area. A stepped front porch leads up to the house where the main entrance is located, through the main door we enter straight to the lounge dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles, the lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and totally equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a separate fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary items needed in a self catering property such as a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, the kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda.
